It runs on 80W, 110V-127V, and the temperature goes from 200°C up to 600°C (that’s 392°F to 1112°F). Cuts through PE foam, XPS foam boards, and other foam materials nice and clean – no dragging or rough edges.
• 【Temperature Control】: There are 20 adjustable settings – just turn the dial. If it gets too hot, the overheat protection kicks in (you’ll see “OTT” on the screen) and it resets itself within about 30 seconds. That helps the blade last longer without burning out.
• 【What the Display Number Actually Means】: The digital screen shows a number – but that number is not Celsius or Fahrenheit. It's a reference value. To get the actual temperature in Fahrenheit, use this: °F = (display value × 9) + 212. For example, when it shows 20, the real temp is 20×9+212=392°F. When it shows 100, that's 100×9+212=1112°F. One thing to note: different blade lengths may cause slight temperature variations – that's normal. Also, the display starts at 20, not zero.
